Fit control is the standout. Adjustable wire-core arms and customizable nose pads let you dial in a secure, comfortable fit so you can move freely without distraction. For clarity and focus, Surge uses HiFi high-contrast lens tech designed to sharpen your surroundings, enhance colors, and define details—helping you stay locked in whether you’re tracking a ball, reading terrain, or pushing pace on the road.
Surge is also built with protection in mind. With ANSI Z87+ safety ratings and impact protection, plus ANSI Z87+ certification, it’s ready for active use where bumps and hits can happen.
Detour details the lens build in the Surge line as well. Surge uses PC (polycarbonate) lenses, described as a huge upgrade over traditional TAC lenses, because the lens material is injected around the Hi-Fi (high contrast) filter to prevent layers from separating—something that can be common in humid high temperature locations or if you store your sunglasses in your car. To make cleanup easier, the oleophobic lens coating adds a barrier that makes wiping smudges effortless and helps extend the life of your lenses. The hydrophobic coating repels water to keep your vision clear and helps you avoid wiping lenses dry, again extending lens life. Sweat proof, oil proof coatings help round out the build for sport conditions.

FIT & SIZING
Fit Guide: Our Surge frame fits Medium/Large faces best. Measurements shown: 140 mm (front width), 60 mm (lens height), 151 mm (nose pad to arm tip). Nose area is labeled adjustable.
