Q. What is break a pair get a pair?
A. Within the first 2 months of owning your Detours if you manage to break them we will replace them for free! Just send them back to us and we will get you out a new pair! So take your Detours out of an adventure with the piece of mind you can use them for what they were intended for! Scratched lenses do not count as a broken pair. (international customers outside the US will be responsible for return shipment costs)
Q. What is Detour Dollars?
A. Once you create a store account with us you can track all your Detour Dollars. It is a loyalty program to reward you for shopping with us! Every dollar you spend gets you a Detour Dollar which can be exchanged for free product and discounts! You will be able to track your progress from your store account.
Q. Will you post my picture on your social media?
A. Maybe! If its a good picture we will definitely post it! If your Instagram account is set to public just tag your photo with #detoursunglasses or email us the pictures and we will check them out! If you email them to us and want to be tagged in our post just include your username in the email.
Q. Can I get free Detour Mustache stickers?
A. Yeah! If you would like to send us a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) we can send you some free stickers! E-mail us at email@example.com for more info. Be sure to post pictures of where you stick them on your social media pages and tag #detourstache
Q. Do you ship Internationally?
A. Yes! But due to issues with some countries customs we cannot ship everywhere. If you add the item to your cart there is a drop down list of countries we ship to. It is international buyers responsibility to check their countries customs. Detour is not responsible for any additional custom fees added to your package by your country, we have no control over this and cannot be responsible for the fees. We suggest you check with your countries import tax rates before ordering. Most countries don't charge a customs tax unless you are ordering high value items.
Q. Is your check out secure?
A. Of course! We use Paypal so all your information is protected.
Q. Can I still make a purchase if I do not have a PayPal account?
A. Yup! Just click “pay as guest” on Paypal’s check out screen.
Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
A. On average 3-5 business days in the US and anywhere from 1-5 weeks international depending on your country’s customs (usually in the 1.5-2.5 week range).

A. They allow for the arms to flex a little making them more durable and also more comfortable for that pretty little face of yours!
Q. Are your lenses UV protective?
A. Yes! All lenses we offer protect your eyes from those nasty UV rays!
Q. What's the difference between all of your lines of sunglasses (ie : Eminence, Essentials, and the Signature Pairs)?
Our "Eminence" series is equipped with sturdy and comfortable spring hinges, laser engraved lenses, a raised Detour emblem and a quote printed on the inner arm. They are UV400 protective, feature FDA approved impact resistant lenses, and include a free microfiber pouch.
Our "Essentials" series comes equipped with strong plastic hinges, a printed Detour logo and a printed quote on the inner arm. They are UV400 protective, feature FDA approved impact resistant lenses, and include a free microfiber pouch.
Our "Signature" series are done as a collaboration between Detour and either another company, artist, Athlete, etc. They are UV400 protective, feature FDA approved impact resistant lenses, and include a free microfiber pouch. They come in various models we offer.
Q. Do you offer sponsorships?
A. Yes, we offer two kinds of sponsorships. One for professional athletes and another for those who have social media sites with many followers (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.). Please do not email us only saying “sponsor me” if you do not include videos and/or information about yourself then your sponsor inquiry will really bum us out and will not be replied to.
Q. If I send you a picture wearing Detour sunglasses will you put it on the homepage slideshow?
A. Maybe! We love seeing pictures of customers putting our sunglasses to use! If you happen to snag an awesome picture in them we would love for you to send it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org in the biggest size possible.
Q. Do you have an exchange or return policy?
