Breach - Matte Black - Red Sunset Polarized ANSI Z87+ is built for bright days on the water and hard-working days when you need safety eyewear that meets ANSI Z87+ standards. This pair combines glare-cutting polarization with a lens and frame setup designed to stay comfortable and secure, whether you’re casting, driving, or moving through a busy jobsite.
The Breach line uses polarized PC (polycarbonate) lenses. The lens material is injected around the polarized filter to help prevent layer separation, which can happen in humid, high-temperature conditions or when sunglasses are stored in a car. Polarization helps reduce eye strain, cuts glare, and defines details on reflective surfaces so you can see what’s happening in front of you without constantly squinting. These lenses are also UV400 Protective.
For real-world durability, the Red Sunset lenses include a salt water resistant lens coating that adds a barrier against salt particles and sweat. A hydrophobic lens coating repels water to help keep your vision clearer and reduce the need to wipe your lenses dry—especially helpful when you’re around spray or sudden rain. Breach Red Sunset lenses feature a Light Green base color and are described as a great all-around choice, ideal for moderate light levels.
Comfort and fit are handled with spring hinges plus no slip rubber nose and temple tips to help the frames stay put. A free Detour pouch is included to help protect and store your sunglasses.

FIT & SIZING
Fit guide states: Our Breach frame fits medium/large faces best. Measurements shown: 143 mm width, 61 mm lens width, 17 mm bridge, 42 mm height.

Our Breach line uses polarized PC (polycarbonate) lenses. This is a huge upgrade over traditional TAC lenses since the lens material is injected around the polarized filter. This prevents these layers from ever separating which can be common in humid high temperature locations or if you store your sunglasses in your car. 

The salt resistant lens coating adds a barrier to protect against salt particles which helps extends the life of your lenses. The Hydrophobic coating will repel water keeping your vision clear and reducing the need to wipe your lenses dry, again extending the life of your lenses. Reducing the need to wipe saltwater (basically rubbing tiny salt particles into your lenses) is a huge plus to keeping your lenses in great shape.
