We know the feeling of buying sunglasses online without first trying them on so we wanted to keep your mind at ease with FREE returns and exchanges on US orders!

If you received the wrong or damaged item or need to take advantage of our warranty please email us at hello@detoursunglasses.com

If you want to set up a return or exchange please use our return portal HERE

If you want to cancel an order you may do so as long as the order has not been shipped. Please email us ASAP with your order number and we can get it taken care of for you. If the order was already shipped it cannot be canceled.

Items must be returned in new condition. All flash sales, blowout sales, and end of season sales over 35% off are final sale.  If the inner plastic lens protector is peeled off any snow products there will be a 15% restocking fee.

For our buy 2 get 1 free deal you can exchange any pairs. For returns you will need to return all 3. If only 1 or 2 pairs out of the 3 are returned you will not receive a refund on one item. 

 

Returns outside of the US:

Unfortunately free returns and exchanges are only available for orders within the US. For international returns/exchanges please fill out the form below and mail your items back to us:
